Honourable president

Was born on March, 26th, 1963 in Latvia.
education: the Riga Higher military engineering-aviation school (1985).

Career:

* 1985-1990 – Krasnoznamennyj Far East military district, the engineer of a regiment on the aviation equipment;

* 1990-1992 – the Kiev factory "Rostock", the electronics engineer;

* 1992-1996 – the expert of department of sales of room management of Kiev
* 1996-2000 – the chief of department of sales of Central administrative board of housing maintenance of Kiev;
* 2000-2002 – deputy chief Zhitloinvestbud-UbK;
* Since 2001 – the vice-president of Association "Kiev";
2005-2007 - the general director of LLC "Gradostroy";
* 2008-2009 - the general director of LLC «Gradostroy holding» (now it is renamed into LLC "VLAST-GRUPA");
* Since 2009 - the honourable president of LLC "VLAST-GRUPA".

awards:

* Gratitude from the Kiev city head for the powerful contribution to development of building branch and high professionalism (2003);
* The letter of commendation of the Supreme body of Ukraine for merits before the Ukrainian people (2004);
* The letter of commendation of the State committee of Ukraine on questions  politicians and businesses for the powerful contribution to national economy reforming, development of business and formation of a market infrastructure to Ukraine (2005)

* The winner of the international competition "the Businessman of year - 2006" in Ukraine (Entrepreneur Of The Year Award), organised by company "Ernest End Young" in a nomination "Building and the real estate".

* The honourable award «Intelligence of the nation» in 2007.
