LLC “VLAST-GRUPA” – member of construction companies group VLAST-GRUPA, in which carry out functions of Management Company. Except LLC "VLAST-GRUPA" into association enters six more companies which cover all spectrum of works on realization of developer projects.

Nowadays the association companies successfully carry out functions as Management company and Customer, General contractor and Subcontractor.

Management company functions within the limits of the project-focused system of management, that recognized most effective in world building business, and specializes on professional complex management of projects. Company activity is subordinated to single criterion – the customer should be satisfied by results of work of the company. Therefore constant orientation to requirements of the dynamical market is one of the major priority problems of our company.

The company manage system provides all necessary for realization of projects of any complexity from the analysis and working out of the project to its input in maintenance.

Within the limits of performance of functions of the General contractor we carry full responsibility for a course, the budget and results of construction works; operational administration carrying out; optimisation of project, technological, qualitative and cost characteristics; maintenance with materials; the control over production engineering observance; safety measures; labour safeties, etc.
