LLC “INTERVUD”

Construction company «INTERVUD» member of construction companies group VLAST-GRUPA. Works in building sphere (many-storeyed inhabited and public buildings, cottages and so forth) and repair (dismantle of designs, capital or face lifting, furnish of apartments, cafe, offices, etc.). Since 2005 LLC “INTERVUD” has the License of Gosstroy of Ukraine АБ№ 105134 from 5/31/2005 The licence for performance of principal views of civil and erection works, including building of many-storeyed monolithic ferro-concrete buildings, and also engineering networks, and Permit of Gosnadzorohranytrud on performance of works of the raised danger.

Firm annual turnover 8,9 million hryvnas. At the enterprise 100 persons, including 8 engineers.

Pledge of successful activity of the enterprise is constant development of building business, creative search, development of new kinds of works and services, functional a variety of objects.

Since 2004 company has successfully executed a number of versatile works, including:

1. Complex of painting and decorating works in 39 apartments of a dwelling house, Zdolbunovskaya , 3 G;

2. Complexofpaintinganddecoratingworksinrestaurant «Svoyachok»,  Zdolbunovskaya , 3 G;

3. building and construction of reinforced-concrete perimeter barrier with exclusion zone and illumination (“Burevestnik”plant);

4. Complex of works of a collapsible building of "Berlin" type;

5. Complex repair of case OGT of "Radar" factory;

6. complex of construction works in Kievo-Pecherskiy lyceum #171 «Leader », Leiptsizskaya str., 11 – A;

Among objects where building is conducted by forces of the company now it is possible to allocate a versatile 34 floor trading-office complex "Esplanade" (the working name "Parus-2"),address : Kiev, Sportivnaia square,1. On this project Company it is involved as General contractor since 2008.

Trading-office complex "Esplanade" differs among others in the scales and multifunctionality. The total area of premises over 145 thousand in sq.m.

The complex consists of two parts: the multilevel trading-entertaining centre and 35 floor office buildings.

For performance building and repair work there are following cars and the equipment:

• inventory  falsework– 1000 sq.m;
•  immersion vibrator;
• concrete pump;
• «Gazel» cargo-and-passenger – 2 ,
• Platform portable – 4 complete set,
• winch pendant – 1 complete set,

• Spray for texture paint T - MAX – 405,
• Electrotools (punchers, grinding cars, drills, mixers, screwdriver, electrowelding devices) and other necessary equipment.

Workers “INTERVUD” are provided by the newest tools, get acquainted with progressive technologies, are trained in the educational centre. Works are carried out honesty and professionally. All employees of the company care of preservation and increase of authority of the company.

Company “INTERVUD” is the official dealer and can carry out deliveries of production of manufacture of firm Rehau.
