VLAST-GRUPA

The history of VLAST GRUPA estimates since 2001 when building company "Gradostroy" has been based. Favorable market conditions and competent management have led to that the building business based in 2001 for some years has taken place a way from the small building company to large building holding.

In 2007 change conjuncture in the building market has forced a holding management to spend optimisation of actives. In the further LLC "Gradostroy" has replaced proprietors, and it has been deduced from holding structure.

In 2008 proprietors of building holding finish re-structuring of actives and refuse a brand "Gradostroy". As a result in the building market of Ukraine there is the mobile structure, capable to adapt for varying conditions, with a new name - VLAST GRUPA.

Today the group of building companies VLAST GRUPA carries out all complex developer, civil work, providing effective working process and quality of spent works at all stages of realisation of projects. The group is presented by a number of the specialised companies (such as LLC "INTERVUD", LLC " DJYL ", LLC "Bastion-PLAST", etc.), each of which is responsible for a separate cycle of realisation of the project (allotment of land, project working out, engineering services, building realisation, project introduction in operation, working out of design of interiors and painting and decorating). Coordination of actions of group of the companies provides LLC "VLAST-GRUPA" (till 2008 - LLC «Gradostroy holding»).

Technical and professional possibilities of companies VLAST GRUPA allow to realise any projects as the operating company, as contructor  organisations or to carry out separate kinds of works like subcontructor.

In an investment portfolio of VLAST ГРУПА– participation in realisation of projects of various scales across all Ukraine (including, trading-office centre "Mandarine-plaza" in Kiev, a capital complex of apartment houses on street Zdolbunovskaya and other).

It is possible to name an example of hi-tech execution of works of companies VLAST GRUPA building on the Sportivnaya square, 1 of Kiev multipurpose trading-office complex (office part of a structure equals 35  storeys, and the total area of premises will make more than 140 000 sq.m).

As a whole for years of existence by the building companies of group it has been invested in building more than thirty objects of the inhabited real estate in Kiev and various regions of Ukraine.
