Situation in the market of given services in sphere of realisation of projects

At present, at realisation of building projects in territory of Ukraine, the developer regularly faces a problem of reception of the allowing documentation on building. One of conditions of reception of the building licence is the positive relation of local population. For these purposes there is a necessity for CARRYING out of PUBLIC HEARINGS.

After reception of all necessary allowing documentation on building, the developer faces a number of new problems. Often basis of these problems lies in an aggravation of social relations between the developer and local population. Our Company offers services in the FURTHER SUPPORT of PROJECTS.

Public hearings
Public hearings – one of forms of the public contract in the decision of questions, between the developer and local population. In the course of public hearings initiators of building activity explain the intentions, prove the prospective of construction project .
