LLC “DJYL”

LLC “DJYL” member of construction companies group VLAST-GRUPA, carrying out in it subcontract organisation functions. The company successfully performs works in building and repair sphere.

Forces of the company at high level spend a number of difficult works, such as:

- building of bearing and protecting designs of buildings and constructions, building and installation of engineering and transport networks (both for new building, and for reconstruction and major repairs).

- building of bearing and protecting designs of buildings and constructions. Including, the company spends works on building of the bases, wooden, metal, modular designs, concrete and ferro-concrete monolithic designs of buildings and constructions, and also designs of floors, roofs, plaster and facing works.
- Installation of designs of external engineering networks and systems. Including water supply, water removal, an electrical supply, communication, the alarm system etc.

- Installation of internal engineering networks, systems, devices and measuring devices. Including heating, plumbing and sanitary, ventilation and an air conditioning, an electrical supply, an electric lighting etc.

- Protection of designs, the equipment and networks (waterproofing, heat-insulated, anticorrosive).

Pledge of successful activity of the enterprise is constant development of building business, creative search, development of new kinds of works and services, a functional versatility of objects.

Qualification of labour collective of Company is constantly supported at high level. The employees involved in productions are trained in the educational centre, get acquainted with progressive technologies, are provided with the newest tools. All is positively affects at performance of works objects where the command "DJYL" is involved.

Quality assurance at all stages of works is a policy of the company directed on maintenance of authority of "DJYL" in the building market.

Position of principle for the company also is the question of deduction of the prices at comprehensible level for clients and partners. Thus in the company jealously watch quality of materials and works. Reliability of used materials and absence of waste allows to avoid the superfluous expenses connected with alterations or repeatedly executed works.

The solidary collective, high qualification of workers and engineers, constant improvement of quality of works, preservation of the optimum prices - all it gives the grounds to the enterprise confidently to look ahead.

Obligations of the Subcontractor on the organisation and performance of actions for a labour safety and fire safety of Company "DJYL" carries out according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine «About a labour safety», SNIP - ІІІ-4-80* «Safety precautions in building», DBN А.3.1-5-96 «the Organization of building manufacture».
